New Developments

We are currently looking for opportunities to acquire development sites for new care facilities as well as existing care homes that are fully compliant or could be made fully compliant with a minimum of 40 beds.

Target Locations

Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Surrey and Middlesex.

Site Size

The site should offer the potential for at least 40 beds (minimum 0.5 acres). 

Demographics

We take in to account a number of factors, but sites should be located in a good quality residential area.

Site Location

Ideally the site will be on a main road or on the corner of a main road with good traffic flow.  The site should have good public transport links and be accessible for both residents and staff.

Local Facilities

The site should be close to local facilities such as shops, schools and church.
